Fine little comic from a young manga head: Justin Askham. I say young, but I have little evidence to verify this excepting the apparent charm of youthful exuberance & the fact he's Chris Askham's younger brother.
For youth, he's damn confident &... well, quite good really; a bit swish here & there, even.
A good grasp of 3D on the basic cartoony figure drawing, but backgrounds & space are a bit weak. Knows enough about comics pacing to have a little play with it.
OK - what's it all about? Paranormal detective agency stuff. Granted - nothing spankingly original. Played for laffs for the audience & seemingly for fun by Justin.
As a debut comic by a young creator, this is pleasingly good. It's going to be interesting to see how he develops as he learns more of the intricacies & mechanics of comics.

Almost the entire issue is filled with episode two of a serial in which a young private eye tells the story of his death and resurrection as a Time Lord complete with police-box type Tardis, a Tom Baker outfit and four assistants ~ three familiar and one new-being a hologram of his female business partner. They proceed to do battle with (apparently) the Master and his "Terror Bots". Drawn in a quasi-Manga style, it rips along at a fast rate. Inventive and unpredictable, it ends with an enigmatic cliffhanger.
I look forward to the next episode, while wincing at a glaring spelling mistake on page 21. Still, nothing a good proof-reader can't fix-unless it's deliberate, that is...hmmm...
